The author lives with her husband of 54 years in Florida and just recently retired from the legal profession, having been a legal assistant for over 50 years.   Her husband was in the retail business for 45 years and retired several years ago. They are the parents of 3 children, their daughter having died in a tragic car accident on Memorial Day, 1978, in Salem, Ohio, where they resided at the time.  They have two sons, who also reside in Jacksonville.  They have 3 grandchildren.  They love the water and at one time lived on their 45 foot houseboat.  The author enjoys writing about her memories from childhood and memorable experiences with her family and aspires to write a book and publish it.
